Great location. Safe building.
We had a few days which were a bit chilly and we were cold overnight. I bought blankets from a local shop as there weren’t enough in the apartment.

A localização é excelente, bem perto do metrô, conta também com mercados, farmácias, padarias na rua do studio. Quando cheguei estava super bem organizado e limpo. Tinha vários utensílios de cozinha, o que me ajudou muito nos dias que fiquei lá. O chuveiro era muito bom também.
Como fui numa época de frio no Rio de Janeiro, eu senti falta de um cobertor mais grosso, tinha apenas 2 cobertas fininhas. A tampa do lixo estava quebrada também.

A localização é privilegiada, o apartamento é simples mas com tudo que é necessário para uma boa estadia, não senti falta de nada, limpeza dentro do esperado.
O prédio em si é bem antigo, me incomodou um pouco o acesso ao prédio sem um controle maior.
