Constructed on 3 floors, a spacious high-ceilinged kitchen-come-dining area opens on to a spacious patio for eating al fresco. Sliding windows facilitate food service and conversation between the kitchen and patio.
From the ground floor, a feature staircase hugs the walls as you ascend to the accommodation areas on the second and third floors.
Accommodation consists of 2 double ensuite bedrooms with queen beds and ample veranda / remote working area overlooking the quiet street.
A smaller single bedroom also has individual access to bathroom facilities.
A brand new double sofa bed is situated in the main living room, enhancing guest capacity. Also a large long sofa can be used if required to sleep an extra guest.
All fixtures, fittings, appliances, bed linen and bath towels are less than 12 months old. House equipment includes large washing machine, fridge/freezer, gas cooker, smart TV, water filtration and all mod cons.
