O apartamento é muito agradável, recém-reformada, cozinha adequada para a estadia, comunicação excelente com proprietário. Prédio seguro e limpo, com funcionários educados e atenciosos.
O acesso ao meu local de trabalho (Museu do Amanhã) não foi tão perto quanto eu esperava. O bairro é bem sujo, com muitos moradores de rua. Esse é um problema que está generalizado na cidade.
