Location Good. And Price.
Can pay on major Credit Cards . They requested a taxi back to the airport at 3am. COST was 40 Bolivian.
Remember this is one of the highest elevation destination. Oxygen is limited for non locals.
Cold water only. Heating in room could not be turned off.
No hot water for shower. But cost good for hotel.

We ended up here as we wanted someplace near the airport that had parking. They turned out to have a small garage within the bulding, which we could use, but I don't know if it would be a problem it there were more guest. Lots of street parking outside - my guess it is would be safe, but I don't really know. Guidebooks suggest El Alto may not be all that safe and the area nearby is certainly not fancy, but we walked to/from the nearby purple line teleferico (5 blocks) in the dark early evening and felt fine about it. So it was easy to get down to the tourist-friendly area of La Paz. The room was clean and comfortable and warm, and there was hot water in the shower, though as often seems to be the case, no shower curtain. Room is small but not a problem for our one-night stay.
We were able to pay by credit card though the staff seemed somewhat unfamiliar with operating the machine.
Nothing really - it gave us what we needed. A shower curtain would be nice.
