How friendly the staff was
The rooms were cold. They didn’t have any heating.

I loved the location, in the middle of the historic district and plenty of stores all around. I also liked the fact that the staff found me a better room when my room bathroom was too small and leaked water everywhere. The new room was better with a larger bathroom.
The carpet was stained and the hotel seemed a bit run down.
