Great room with a hot shower with good pressure. The staff were super helpful with booking tours or giving info. There is also a great cafe on the ground floor which helps and it was a good way to meet people.
The shower / bathroom flooded a little but that’s it

Location, clean comfortable room, friendly helpful staff, good facilities including cafe/restaurant and use of kitchen which is clean and well equipped. Able to leave luggage before or after check in.

Great location, great staff and very prompt responses to all questions. Very good facilities.
