    Our room had a nice view of the city, was a good size, comfortable bed and good pressure shower. Staff were Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was eggs, bread, jams, butter, yogurt and juice. Self serve except for the eggs and bread

    My experience at this hotel was terrible. The booking page said that a hairdryer was provided, but when I arrived, the receptionist told me there was only one in the entire hotel and another guest had taken it. I had to ask them to contact that guest and ask for it back before they agreed to check. My reservation included breakfast, yet the receptionist insisted it didn’t and tried to charge me 20 Bs. Only after I showed the booking confirmation clearly saying “breakfast included” did they stop arguing. The listing also said “free Wi-Fi,” but there was no internet at all. The staff just said the Wi-Fi was broken and did nothing to fix it. Check-in time was also misleading. The website said 12:30 p.m., but at the hotel, they made me wait until 2 p.m. The room was cold, the bed was dirty, and there were visible stains. The worst part was the payment. The price listed was ***, but they used an unfair exchange rate of 1 USD = 10 Bs, forcing me to pay ***(around ***). The night before, another hotel charged me 1 USD = 7 Bs, which is the normal rate. This hotel has terrible service, poor cleanliness, dishonest pricing, and misleading information. I strongly do not recommend staying here! I recommend staying instead at *** nearby — the staff speak good English, are friendly and professional, the rooms are warm and clean, and the breakfast is very nice.     Staying here was a very bad choice. Let's start with the fact that my reservation was made by agoda, which in my opinion is partly responsible for this whole experience. The room I booked was cheaper than what they asked me for at the reception. So, we have to pay more money than the amount stated in my reservation. Crazy ? In addition, I had booked with breakfast, which the hotel did not accept and asked me for money. (We are talking about $14.50 per day for 2 people for something that we had already paid theoretically when we booked it). In general, everything was disappointing. The bed and pillows were worn out. The bathroom had hot water with a schedule so you had to plan when you would do it. The breakfast was quite poor and when we finally paid for it, I felt that it was a joke. The only good thing? the room is in a good area and in general the room was clean. I wouldn't recommend it.
