The location is close to the bus terminal, and not far away to Cablecar station. The staff is very helpful, and speaks English very well that makes our communication smoothly.

The staff was very kind and helpful . They received a parcel for us, we could leave some of our luggage there while we went on a multi-day trip, and we could store our two bicycles safely in the lobby during our stay. The breakfast buffet is as good as you can expect, the hotel is very well situated , and the rooms are nice and big with comfortable beds. Can only recommend it!

The staff were all very friendly and the location is really good and within easy walking direction of everything.
Our room was very dark and the bathroom was the tiniest during our travels. The shower was a very unstable box. The breakfast was sufficient but consisted of mostly oversweetened cereals and fresh fruits. You also couldn't really keep the window on our floor too long open because of noise and exhaust fumes from the busy street next door.
