"Entire Staff, from doorman to breakfast, treated us like royalty. They went above and beyond to make our stay easy and trouble free, from booking our bus to Copacabana to giving us an early breakfast...."

The hotel staff was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was very good. The only thing to be improved is the shower water that did not have enough pressure and not warm enough.
