The place was quiet and comfortable

Please fumigate for cockroaches.

The location and indoor pool was excellent. My young children could enjoybthe swimming without being in the icy cold wind.

There were cockroaches and no Doom until I asked. There is a dishwasher and no dishwasher tablets until I asked I was not advised to bring my own. The 1 room is very water damped. There was extreme noise and party 1 evening at the immediate room above until sunrise which was not the biggest issue but rather that there is no crowd or noise control at the building. There were other minor issues like no idea of where trash should be disposed until I asked it was collected and thereafter disposed myself in the basement trash room. It is very difficult to get hold of anyone on the booking .com or euphoric leisure phone numbers to speak to as it mostly goes through to a machine and I then communicated on the chat messages. I spend the first 3 days of my stay sorting out all the issues.
