Each room has its own bathroom which was excellent. I enjoyed using The amenities like the dishwasher and laundry machine, coffee machine which made my stay comfortable.
The check in process is very complicated!!! It took us 2hrs. Guests have to go through to a different building, walk a distance to get to the check in desk. There’s no signs to direct you we had to ask around for directions. Face recognition was a complicated process. Our details were not loaded on the system which had been sent as requested. After check in you have to pay for parking then drive to another street where the apartment is. The lifts are hidden and not visible. We called Mariola and she was not a friendly host.
We found The entire process is not user friendly and very far from the parking lot.
