Firstly they made us sleep in dirty linen and blankets even though I've sent countless messages to be sent fresh linen and just on the last night they sent very light fleece. My son is asthmatic and I told them we can't be sleeping in a dirty cold place. AC doesn't hit up. I forced them to buy a heater which it was sent(very tiny fan heater) and I was promised to get a bigger heater delivered but it never came. Worst experience ever. Had to take my son to the doctor because the apartment was too cold. They spoiling such a lovely apartment with poor Management. To date I still haven't received a mere apology email about all that inconvenience. My refund for the plug is also not paid. What a disaster. Spoiled my son's school holiday trip. They could attests have offered one night free to compensate the inconvenience but I guess they don't care about customer service!

Check in process, security treats u like u thief Flat despite being told is clean I shared pictures with the team of how it was not They did send someone after to clean but with no vacum in apartment how can u really clean the place nicely Bathroom had a smell Bedsheets we had to wash them ourselves
