The place was closer to the malls at a walking distance

No one came to check if it’s clean or not during our stay the room was dirty on my second and third day I didn’t have a spare broom to clean it myself and the toilet paper was not enough also the towels were not enough

Central to Umhlanga Ridge, clean, great amenities in unit and everything was walking distance from the apartment.

Loud music from local night spot about 600m from apartment block.

Apartment was cozy, pool was warm, everything was a walking distance

Security was rude

The property is well secured, overally clean and the rooms are spacious and well maintained.

1. The constant switching off of the geyser and having to call-out someone 2. No cleaning of room by housekeeping until we had to send a message/email. One would expect that it’s done without requesting considering that we stayed for 5days 3. The pots and the utensils were dirty from usage by most probably the previous users, the washing sponge wouldn’t properly wash the dishes when we tried. 4. There is too much noise from the adjacent building - CCI especially if the unit is facing that direction, one had to close the windows to reduce the noise
