I like how clean the room and pool was no mold which is great its a little hidden but also positive cause its quite and 5 min ride to the alona ac is strong

Just that we didnt have TV

We had a lovely stay here. The room facilities were complete and well-maintained. Honestly, the best part was the bed—the mattress and linens were really comfortable. But what really stood out to me (and this is huge if you travel in the Philippines) is that they provide a proper thick comforter instead of those thin, flimsy sheets that most hotels here use as "blankets." It made sleeping so much better! The pool was another highlight—it’s big, deep, and very clean. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. For the price we paid, the value for money is excellent.

I noticed a few bugs in the room occasionally. However, since the property is surrounded by greenery and nature, this is pretty normal and expected. It wasn't a big issue for us.

The accomodation was perfect . Location suited us out of the hustle and bustle. We were able to hire a scooter from reception. The room was very clean and well equipped. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

We had pre organised a local pick up transfer from airport. However, the guy did not turn up and straight up lied that he was 1. inside the airport waiting- he most definitely was not 2. he could not park his car at the airport- there were vans, small buses and other cars parked and waiting 3. The staff at the resort initially 'blamed' the timing of the plane arrival, stating that the driver did not know the flight details- I reiterated that this information was sent to the resort at time of booking (weeks ahead) as we were arriving very early in the morning( flight at 1.35am) and was uncertain re availability of transport options, which they back tracked and apologised for not relaying that information back to the driver The driver eventually turned up at 2.06am and stated his reason as being asleep as it was too early! The airport at the time had already closed and we were the last passengers waiting in the arrivals hall by this stage This is not acceptable esp after pre arranging pick up from the resort. We only stayed at the resort as it was closer to the airport
