    Loved that their villa is big enough for me and my nephew and nieces. We stayed for 4 nights. - they offer free transportation to Alona Beach which is a plus - their breakfast menu is great and affordable in comparison to Alona Beach - they also offer tours so no need to talk to other people (less stress)!

    We recently stayed at Island World Panglao, and I just wanted to express our heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service we received. Even before our arrival, your team proactively informed us that the room we originally booked was unavailable because the front-facing area was under maintenance. Instead of inconveniencing us, you generously upgraded us to a Pool Villa on the other side of the property at no additional cost. We truly appreciated your honesty and thoughtfulness. Throughout our stay, the food was consistently delicious, and every member of your staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. As parents of a picky eater, it meant so much that your team gladly helped us reheat our son’s outside food without hesitation. It’s these small acts of kindness that make guests feel genuinely cared for. What impressed us the most happened on our checkout day. Our flight was unexpectedly delayed, so I simply asked if we could leave our luggage somewhere after checking out. To our surprise, your team went above and beyond by offering us another room to stay in until it was time for us to leave—completely free of charge. That level of hospitality is truly rare and exceeded all our expectations. Thank you for making our family vacation so comfortable and memorable. Your outstanding customer service, generosity, and genuine care for your guests did not go unnoticed. We will definitely be recommending Island World Panglao to our family and friends, and we look forward to staying with you again on our next trip to Bohol!
