    PROS: • Exceptional Service: The female receptionist was incredibly friendly and attentive. While I was working by the pool, she offered me local snacks and proactively adapted a socket adapter so I could plug in my laptop. • Spacious & Clean Rooms: Great value for a family of five. The room was large, clean, and provided a very comfortable sleep. • Family-Friendly: The kids thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool. • Prime Location: Conveniently close to the airport. CONS: • Lack of Staff & Security: No security guard on-site, and the property is understaffed with no personnel available late at night or early in the morning. • Hot Water Access: The water dispenser wasn't providing hot water, and the electric kettle at the bar counter was put away at night. With no kettle in the room, there was no way to make hot coffee during night shifts. • Outdoor Hygiene: The seating area near the pool smelled strongly of cat waste due to stray cats in the garden plants. • Room Amenities & Connectivity: No TV in the room, and cellular signal inside was extremely weak.
