    This is a modern hotel with a swimming pool and good facilities. For a family who simply wants to stay at the hotel, relax by the pool and not spend much time going to the beach or exploring the surrounding area, it could be a perfect choice. However, if you want to travel around, visit the beach, go out in the evenings or explore nearby places, the location is not ideal. The transport prices quoted by the hotel were also a major issue. On several occasions, when I asked about transport, including airport transfers, I was quoted prices that seemed to be two or even three times higher than the actual local price. Tuk-tuk transport can also be a little problematic. I also looked at the breakfast options and, in my opinion, the breakfast is overpriced for what is offered and does not represent good value for money. I was generally happy with the room and found the bed comfortable. There were, however, a few issues with the bathroom. For example, they provided only one small amount of shower gel for four days, which realistically is not enough for a guest staying that long. The shower head was also not properly cleaned or maintained. There was a significant amount of limescale, and when I first used it, the water sprayed in every direction rather than where it was supposed to. The shower head was also leaking. I reported this to the hotel and asked them to fix it. By the time I returned to the hotel, they had repaired it and it was working properly. Overall, I would say the hotel is perfectly acceptable for the price, especially if you are mainly looking for a comfortable room, a good bed and somewhere to relax by the pool. For a family who wants to spend most of their holiday inside the hotel, it could be a very good choice. But if you want to go to the beach, explore the area, go out in the evening or travel around frequently, I would probably choose a different location. The hotel itself has good potential, and the staff are generally helpful, but the transport prices and some of the small maintenance and housekeeping issues definitely need improvement.

    We had a great experience staying here. The hotel has all the amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The breakfast was also excellent—well-presented, delicious and generous in serving. Overall, a wonderful stay and definitely a place we would consider staying at again.

    We had a wonderful stay at this resort in Bohol. The place was beautiful, relaxing, and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back!

    staff are not attentive especially the front desk. most staff are not courteous including the guards. paid for a buffet breakfast, got a plated food with the same menu for 3 days! STAFF needs refresher training in customer service!
