The villa is nice, but the location of this resort is far and out of the way. Is it a whopping P200/way minimun for a less than a 5 minute drive away. They have a scheduled shuttle service which will was not communicated to us especially that the driver was off and so there will be no shuttle on the day of our check out. We booked an island tour with them, we were not given any information about it. On the day of the tour, we were left outside the resort waiting for we didn’t even know what and the one staff we found didn’t have a clue either. Staff should be trained to be more informative.
