Our stay at Roman Empire Panglao Boutique Resort from August 27–31, 2026 was generally comfortable and satisfactory. The resort provided a convenient place to rest and stay during our official travel to Bohol. The rooms and facilities were adequate, and the overall environment was pleasant. The staff were accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the accommodation contributed to a comfortable and convenient travel experience.

This was our second stay at Roman Empire Boutique Resort. We really like the location because it is close to the airport, the view is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. However, our second stay this August 2026 was unfortunately not as comfortable as our first experience. We stayed in Room 52, and our main concern was the air conditioning. The temperature kept automatically changing to 33°C, regardless of the setting we selected, making the room extremely hot. Because we were exhausted from our trip, we initially tried to tolerate it and get some sleep. Unfortunately, I woke up around midnight because of the heat, and by 4:00 AM, I could no longer sleep properly because I was sweating so much. The next morning, the air conditioner suddenly went back to 16°C and the room became cold again. We reported the issue to the reception, but they were also unable to explain why the air conditioner kept automatically changing to 33°C. We hope the management can check and fix the air-conditioning system, as maintaining a comfortable room temperature is very important, especially at night. Overall, we still like the location and accommodation, but we hope this issue will not happen again. In shaa Allah, we hope to have a better experience if we stay again in the future.
