I liked the location was good. The house is spacious and the beds were steady/comfortable. The color sceme is beautiful, and the living room and kitchen setups are good.
The AC did not work at all and we were in the heat, even after calling and a supposed remote restart of the AC unit. The portible room fans helped a little, but the house temperature was consistently between 76 and 81 (it was uncomfortable).
Number of beds did not represent advertisement (there were only 5 beds instead of 8 beds and 3 futons). There is only one full bath and one half bath, which was not apparent in the facility description.
There was water sitting inside the dash washer, which was stinky.
Advertisement of plants were not true to form because a lot of the plants were partly dead. There siting of were ants, which is likely due to the openings in the floor corners and vents.
For the amount of people and days, there should have been more towels. For a home that accommodates that many people and days, there should be laundry equipment provided.
