Our stay was stellar and we felt very comfortable. Very nice! Hospitality was excellent as well.

It was very clean and great proximity to convenient stores and etc.

I loved the space and bathroom amenities. Also the fact that they provided everything that we needed including washer and dryer along with plenty of cleaning supplies.

Beautiful home, upsetting ending with the unexpected charges.

This property is absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately we received some unexpected charges after our stay for guests we had over (they did not sleep in the home), as the hosts claimed this was stated in the house rules. However, these house rules were not sent to me until well after booking. We had stayed there for a friends birthday, and had just a few friends come over for a few hours and were charged $200. The host was not understanding of the situation and unwilling to waive or decrease the fee. There was also trash in the front yard left there by someone on the street, which the owners did not take care of and left there for 3 days straight. WiFi was also not working, but nothing was done for that either, despite the host being very responsive and aware of the situation. Overall, beautiful home but do not stay there if you plan on having anyone who is not a guest staying at the property over!

The lack of willingness to at least lower the charge of extra guests as our group was not aware of this rule.
