Jungle House Urban Lofts - Short North & Convention Center

The property management company was so responsive and helpful. I had a 12 hour drive before arriving in Columbus and they helped me figure out so many last minute things in that time. Amazing place to stay!

The place was cool urban/funky and I liked that quite a bit. The interior had hardwood floors and brick walls and a very comfy feel. Here is where they really excelled: Although I never met with any of the staff face-to-face, their communication by text, phone, and email was great and their dedication to my experience was exceptional!!!! When I had a question or concern, each person I spoke with was extremely friendly and professional and created the highest level of comfort and confidence that they had utmost dedication to me as a guest. I cannot overstate the level of dedication and personal ownership that each and every person on staff extended to me. I highly recommend the Jungle House based on their dedication and care - something that really made a good impression on me. I will definitely stay in one of their properties again but might pick one in a different location.

Property is located on a street that feels more like an alley. Front steps are in poor condition and the home was flanked with trash cans which wasn't too classy and sometimes a bit smelly (This was not a favorable first impression). I don't recall any representative exterior photos in the listing (wish there were) so I have attached a few. Back yard was overgrown. Someone did come by and cut the grass during my stay but it was minimally maintained. Off-site parking typically a block away and a bit sketchy with regard to perception of safety. Furniture was functional but pretty average in quality. There was no closet or dresser in the bedroom or place to open my suitcase other than the floor - I did not like that. Of course, these are my personal observations and someone else might be just fine and have no concern at all for what I am mentioning; I am just trying to be descriptive in how it all appealed to me. The staircase to the loft was a bit steep.
