It was a Remodeled older home. I had a small one room apartment for 93 dollars. Wow. It was very close to the Hyatt Regency where I was attending a meeting. The updates were done well. They even provided snacks. The rooms were very clean. Even had a front porch with chairs. u was so impressed with the fresh coffee in a glass container! Just like home. A nice change from the chain hotels.
The exterior needed a little love but it was fair.
