The property is well maintained. Very clean, modern amenities, and nice central location. Private parking at the back of the property also a great feature. Brad was very easy to work with.Our only concern was the surrounding area. There was something going on late into the night on the street. It was really loud and the one bedroom faces that street so our guest didn’t get much sleep. And then at about 3 o’clock in the morning there was an exchange of gunfire very close by. That was unsettling.
