Never again.

The view from my window.

After wakiing up in a very cold room and having a shower in a bathroom that offered very little privacy from outside eyes, l was at the very least hoping for a fulfilling breakfast, boy was l disappointed, 1 slice of toast, one undercooked fried egg, a pile of mushrooms straight out of a tin lukewarm beans and a slice of bacon.

Fawlty Towers meets Jane Austin

It appeared a rather chaotic place. Fawlty Towers meets Jane Austin comes to mind Breakfast was okay good produce but given teacup with no saucer. No teaspoons. No napkins . It is just a cooked breakfast with no cereals or fruit juice.

We just felt uncomfortable staying at this property.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast very good. The location very good with just a short walk into town.

Comfortable stay in a house that needs a few DIY projects to upgrade and refresh.

Breakfast was fine. The location was very convenient and peaceful with great views. The host was friendly and helpful.

The bed was too soft for my liking (but that's personal taste). However, the shower had very low pressure and was more of a drizzle. The room was not cleaned after our first night (bin not emptied and tea / coffee tray not replenished}. The driveway entrances from the top and bottom roads are daunting for inexperienced drivers.

Amazing!!

Absolutely perfect! Krista was the best host so welcoming and attentive. We loved our stay at the Rosemount, the location is great, beautiful views and the bed was super comfortable! Breakfast was also spot on, we will definitely be back.

Beautiful view across the bay. The bed was comfortable, house was warm and comfortable, the breakfast was the best I’ve had in any B&B or hotel. It was spotless clean. The host, Christa, put her heart and soul into giving us the best experience she could- we were made to feel very welcome and will definitely be back

Rosemount #1

Krista our host was very nice and laid back about everything. She was very helpful and accommodating which made mine and my son's stay very relaxed. The Breakfast included was lovely as was the location and I will definitely go back and would recommend it to others. Thank you Krista&Staff

A lochside homely haven

A short walk from the centre of town along the lochside will get you here, 10 minutes from the coach station. I was warmly greeted by host Jamie, who was working outside the property. My room was huge, and as a bonus, there is also a sitting room with beautiful views of the Loch if the weather is wild. I was travelling solo again, I felt very safe, very comfortable. It's an older property, but it has everything you need, and that is part of its charm. I honestly had the best sleep I've had in ages there. I was leaving early, and Jamie did offer to get up and make me breakfast, I declined, but I really appreciated it. It's a lovely home away from home. I'll return.

Restful break

The property was beautiful with large room and huge bathroom en suite. Quirky stylish decor. Lovely breakfast and outstanding views. Krista, the Manager is the biggest asset to this business. She is pleasant, friendly and helpful with great local knowledge nothing is too much trouble. Really nice breakfast freshly made good ingredients used. Beautiful beautiful place.

The TV was tiny! and about 4 channels, no radio channels but Krista found us a radio to use during our stay thank you.
