Everything was wonderful! Considering that I have been to other accommodations in Athens before, I can truly say that everything here was perfect. First of all, we felt safe in every way (both the house and the neighborhood offer this) Yannis and his mother are very empathetic and always offered us help The terrace was our oasis of peace every time The house is carefully equipped, arranged and contains everything that may be necessary for any situation that we sometimes did not foresee Hot water does not require waiting for 30 minutes like in all places in Athens All the beds were comfortable and large The air conditioning system is very efficient, I mention this because in other accommodations there were air conditioners that were old and could not cope with the heat The multitude of shops around and especially the pastry Μούντριχας Αρτοποιεία in the area with the best cakes especially Sokolatopita no 1 that I have ever eaten in Athens There are many nice things to list, but I will limit myself to saying: Thank you very much for everything, I recommend you and certainly if we come again, I hope we can come to you! Un apartament de 2 habitacions preciós, amb aire condicionat a totes les estances. Cuina i menjador ampli i amb els accessoris necessaris. Amb supermercats als voltants i un restaurant a davant molt recomanable. A 3 minuts del tramvia que et porta al centre d'Atenes en 30-40 minuts. Ideal per fer excursions en cotxe i no haver de travessar el dens tràfic de la ciutat.

Wat een heerlijk plekje in Athene. Alles is aanwezig. Overal is aan gedacht, van een heerlijke schommelstoel tot knijpers, lekkere zeep in de badkamer en keuken, 2 slaapkamers met grote kast en TV. Gewoon perfect. De foto’s van streetview (mei 2026) zijn gedateerd! Tram om de hoek brengt je in ongeveer 20 min naar het centrum.

Ένα πολύ όμορφο, άνετο, καθαρό και περιποιημένο σπίτι, ότι πρέπει για μια οικογένεια. Η περιοχή πολύ καλή με μαγαζιά σε μικρή απόσταση με τα πόδια.

Το parking ήταν πολύ μικρό και δεν χωρούσε το αυτοκίνητό μας. Βρίσκαμε όμως χώρο και το αφήναμε στο δρόμο εκεί τριγύρω.
