This 70m2 penthouse is on the top floor (5th floor) of a classy building. It has three bedrooms, kitchen, one toilette and two balconies where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, dinner and your drinks. It is fully equipped including also a hair dryer, washing machine, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, autonomous natural gas heating, two air conditioning units, two fans, wi-fi two, televisions, one dvd recorder and babycot. Towels and clean sheet are provided. Simple but classy decoration with original paintings, posters also signed by the creators, a unique card collection and part of Fotini's hat collection, makes you feel at home, nice and relaxed. It is suitable for people wanting value for money as well as a pleasant stay.
It is located in a green and very safe area surrounded by all kinds of shops, even a children play park. It takes 25' min. to get to Athens downtown (by tram), 20' to Pireus (SEF) and 10'min to Athens Riviera beaches (by tram).Wheel chair access, suitable for independent travellers, business travellers as well as families.
Nea Smirni is a middle-class Athenian suburb and its central square is probably the biggest one in Athenian southern suburbs. Full of life, shops, cafes and restaurants. Strongly recommended to visit Aghia Fotini church whose belfry is an exact imitation of Smyrna belfry. It was ordered by Aristoteles Onassis, the famous Greek tycoon, of Smyrna (Asia Minor) origin.
The owners of the flat live in the same building so they are willing to offer any help needed by the guests.
