Modern 2BR city flat 10min from the beach

**What I liked:** We were a group of three friends and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. One of the highlights was the terrace, where we enjoyed breakfast on our first morning. It was a lovely space to relax and added a lot to our overall experience. **What could be improved:** There was no hot water on the second day, and we had to contact the owner to find out how to turn it on. This was resolved quickly, but it would be helpful if instructions were included in the welcome information. Additionally, the third sofa bed appeared to be slightly damaged or worn, and one of our friends had to make adjustments to sleep comfortably during the stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Instructions of hot water system was missing and also Sofa bed needs some repair.

Location was perfect close to local shops, Tram and Bus Services to city and beaches.

The location is perfect 5min walk to tram, the apartment itself is absolutely perfect for a family. Complete with all the facilities from kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe space. We were extremely happy with our stay and look forward to the next time.
