The apartment is in a safe area, convenient for the Cardiology hospital. (The purpose of my stay)The centre of Nea Smirni is in walking distance and has plenty of shops.
Everything you need is provided, all to a high quality. The decor is lovely especially the huge comfortable sofas.

Apartment was large and comfortable.
It was a bit pricey, considering the location was a bit off from nearby shops and food.
The apartment had not been cleaned, and there were visible coffee stains on the kitchen counter.
Fortunately, the host responded immediately and sent a cleaner, but this should have been taken care of before our arrival.
The cleaner needed guidance in order to complete her job well.
Shower was also not in the best condition for cleanliness but adequate enough.
The couches had debris from the previous guests.
If the host(s) are more vigilant with the cleaning, then this apartment is ideal for a short stay in Athens, though it still requires at least a 15 minute walk to the closest super market.

Aerul condiționat din dormitorul matrimonial este cam zgomotos.
