L'appartement est entièrement rénové avec beaucoup de goût. La cuisine est très bien équipée (plaques de cuisson, four, machine à café, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle, et tout les ustensiles de cuisine dont on pourrait avoir besoin). Les lits sont spacieux et confortables.
La climatisation fonctionne à merveille. Il y a même une machine à laver, etc. La salle de bain était très bien aussi (spacieuse et moderne).
La propriétaire est à l'écoute et disponible pour toute question ou conseils.
Le quartier est agréable avec des commerces à proximité et une place très sympa pour dîner ou boire un verre à 20min à pied du logement.
Il y avait des travaux dans l'immeuble pendant plusieurs jours donc du bruit mais c'est extérieur au logement et c'était temporaire. Ça peut arriver n'importe où donc on a fait avec !

La posizione dell’alloggio era perfetta per le nostre esigenze. Consigliamo vivamente l’utilizzo della metropolitana, comoda e puntuale, mentre sconsigliamo l’uso degli autobus, spesso in ritardo. L’appartamento è nuovo, spazioso, molto confortevole e pulito, dotato di ogni comfort. Il quartiere è tranquillo e ben servito: proprio di fronte c’è un supermercato, sotto casa una macelleria e, a circa cento metri svoltando l’angolo, una gelateria/pasticceria dove è possibile fare un’ottima colazione, anche a base di yogurt.
L’host si è dimostrato molto disponibile e attento: ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per il ritiro delle chiavi e ha persino prenotato per noi un servizio taxi dall’aeroporto. L’autista ci attendeva all’arrivo e il costo della corsa è stato di 50 euro.
Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, che consigliamo senza esitazioni.
Se proprio dovessimo suggerire qualche piccolo miglioramento, sarebbe utile aggiungere qualche asciugamano per la cucina e delle abat-jour nelle camere da letto.
