領収書が遅すぎる

部屋も綺麗で通路なども清潔でした シャンプー、ボディソープがついており調理器具もカトラリーも一通り揃っていました

基本的にスタッフはいい人でしたが、1人だけ連絡が遅く、約束を守らない人がいたのは残念でした。デポジットを中々返してくれず、チェックアウトしてから毎日ずっと連絡して返すように言ったのですが最終的に受け取ることができたのは5日後でした。騙して返さないつもりだったのか本当に仕事が遅い人だったのかはわかりません。滞在中色んなスタッフの人と関わりましたが他の人は皆さんとても親切だったのでその人だけとても残念でした。

Water pressure was good.

We cudnt find the parking as the direction took us into a different level. Although the signage shows the resident parking is at CP4, there was fencing and we ended up parking at CP5 for the Shaftbury mall parking. When we contacted the PIC as we exit, he mentioned to press the help button and ask them to open the gate when mention about apartment unit however when we exited at CP5, the staff on the intercom mention that we need to pay, end up we paid RM26.40 on our own.
