The building (Apex) is well run with shop+pool on 7th floor and garden on the top floor. Check-in & out was smooth. Convenient access to shops, restaurants etc. all within walking distance. Train station (Cyberjaya center) is 5-10 min taxi away.
The wooden chairs at the table are very uncomfortable, but there is a plastic chair which is comfortable.
I added some cheap ambient lighting as the overhead lights are very bright in the evening/night - I hope they leave them for other guests to enjoy.

Everything was OK. The location is good, with restaurants and grocery shops nearby.
Overall the place is not clean.

Its clean, facility nearby, roads arent busy. The owner higly responsive. The bed is very comfy.
The noise. Walls are thin, so can hear people come in come out pretty loudly. One time when we were sleeping so kinda makes us awake.
