Easy Check-In and Good Facilities The check-in process was smooth and convenient. It was easy to collect the key and access card from the locker without any hassle. I also appreciated the free parking provided, which made things much easier.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Host Support I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, I discovered that the window in my room was broken. This was not only inconvenient but also unsafe. I immediately informed the host, expecting a quick resolution. However, I was told that I couldn't change rooms, despite the issue clearly not being my fault, as I had just arrived. I had to insist firmly for a room change, and although they finally agreed, I received zero assistance in the process. I had to manage everything on my own from A to Z: packing up, moving, and settling into the new room. The host was completely unhelpful throughout. For a hospitality service, this level of support is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for a stress-free and supportive stay.
