Shaftesbury Residence Cyberjaya

The surroundings are beautiful, clean and luxurious, with lovely fish ponds and pleasant scenery that make walking around enjoyable. I really appreciate the security and privacy, as access to the entrance gate and lifts requires an access card. The room also has a nice view of the surrounding buildings and trees. The owner was friendly, the check-in process was easy with the self-check-in system, and the facilities were generally satisfactory. Overall, the price was reasonable for the stay.

Unfortunately, basic amenities were not provided, including toothbrushes, shampoo, body wash, and tissues. Dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent were also unavailable despite the kitchen facilities and washing machine. The kitchen utensils were limited, with only one glass provided, and there were no spoons or forks available. The kettle lid could not close properly, and the TV remote batteries needed to be replaced, which I had to purchase myself. I hope these basic amenities and essential items can be provided in the future to make guests’ stays more convenient and comfortable.
