Room was new and clean. Great views of Lake Peten Itza from the room, strong AC (cooled the room to 62F), good wi-fi, good food at the restaurant, 2 bottles of water, bathroom was spacious.
BIG drawback was NO HOT WATER. The management said that people in Remate don’t like hot showers since the weather is already hot, but the cold shower was a disappointment, especially in the morning after sleeping in an air-conditioned room. I would not recommend Cahui for that reason alone.

Todo el personal muy amigable, las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. excelente calidad, y muy bonita vista desde las habitaciones, se ve el atardecer. me encantó poder ver y escuchar aves migratorias desde la ventana de la habitación.
