Janette was wonderful. She keeps the place very clean.
The owner does not respond to messages. The only communication was to get paid. I arrived at 9:30pm and had told the owner to expect me to arrive late due to my plane. When I arrived they would not even let me in as no one had been notified by the owner that I was coming let alone had a reservation. I was stuck outside waiting for 15 minutes on a dark and scary street with my bags not knowing if I had a place to stay!!!! The owner is careless. Luckily Janette was there to save the day.
