L'ampiezza dell'appartamento, la meravigliosa terrazza e vista da essa, le pompe di calore ben funzionanti, la biancheria letto e bagno di buona qualità, gli arredi nuovi. Si trova facilmente parcheggio anche se non c'è posteggio dedicato
L'accesso. Troppo scomodo raggiungere l'appartamento sito al terzo piano senza ascensore, con i bagagli al seguito... Ma soprattutto il fatto che nella DESCRIZIONE NON VIENE FATTA MENZIONE CHE L'APPARTTAMENTO E' AL TERZO PIANO SENZA ASCENSORE!!! IL TITOLARE DELL'AGENZIA è STATO MOLTO SCORTESE NELL'INTERLOQUIRE CON LA SOTTOSCRITTA, MENTRE MOLTO PIU' GENTILI I SUOI DIPENDENTI.
