Relax in this villa nestled between the sea and the volcano with friends or family. Enjoy the outdoor spaces, which feature two gardens designed to be enjoyed year-round. You’ll find everything you need to enjoy moments of serenity in total comfort.
You’ll be just a stone’s throw from the beautiful Baroque town of Acireale and a few minutes’ drive from the highway entrance, allowing you to quickly reach Catania, Taormina, Mount Etna, and the sea.
The villa spans 3 floors.
First floor: double living room and kitchen with direct access to the two fully equipped private gardens, guest bathroom, parking space.
First floor: 1 master bedroom with a balcony; 1 room with a double sofa bed and a balcony; 1 bedroom with 1 single/double bed + 1 single bed and a window (a crib is available); bathroom with a bathtub.
In the basement: small wine cellar; bathroom with shower stall.
All the spaces described will be for the exclusive use of guests. Only the attic and the garage will remain off-limits, as they are not in use during the guests’ stay.
