El apartamento está nuevo. El trato correcto y amable . El sitio es céntrico.
Como única objeción es que con el cambio climático deberían incorporar aire acondicionado . Soy consciente que es Bermeo y casi nadie lo pone.

La ubicación
No es acogedor. Todo es una sola estancia. Si abres el balcón ves al vecino de enfrente. Excesivamente caro para lo que ofrece. Es incómodo para acceder.
