Utsa Eski -Piso con encanto en 1ª linea de puerto.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete kleine Wohnung. Interieur sie auf einem Schiff. Großartige Lage am Hafen mit sehr schönen Blick über die Marina.

Die Wohnung wird inklusive Parkplatz beworben, was aber nicht stimmt. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz zu dieser Wohnung. Wir hatten extra diese Wohnung gewählt, weil ein Parkplatz inklusiv war, obwohl die Wohnung etwas teurer ist. Auf die Frage nach dem Parkplatz wurde uns gesagt, wir sollen auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz im Hafen parken, was aber tagsüber zwischen 13 Uhr und 18 Uhr und in den Sommermonaten und somit für uns im August, gar nicht möglich ist. Es gab also keinen Parkplatz für uns und der Vermieter hat einfach nicht mehr geantwortet.

Très bien placé, face au port, un appartement propre et authentique. On gare la voiture gratuitement et on la reprend uniquement pour partir, tout se fait à pied.

En cas de chaleur, un petit ventilateur n est pas suffisant c est dommage, c est le point négatif

The host is local and was wonderful. She was very accommodating gave us great advice about the town. The view from the living room is incredible and makes the place worth it. The building is quirky and historical with some necessary modern upgrades to make it livable. Everything was very clean.

The ceilings are low, which didn't matter for us and the host does a good job of warning guests about them in advance. In order to get into the apartment, you must climb outdoor stone stairs that could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. The only real down side to the apartment is that the mattress is not the most comfortable but we were willing to deal with it in exchange for the view.

Buenas vistas, piso limpio

No se si pasaría una inspección de edificios. Te da inseguridad el hecho de que en todo el piso menos en el baño y en el salón haya una pendiente del suelo de más de 15 grados. Las escaleras de acceso al piso desde la calle son para ir sobrios.
