On the fourth floor without elevator it consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with access to terrace, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
All exterior with splendid views of the island of Izaro, Ogoño and the port of Bermeo.

10 minutes by car from San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, the mythical place where Game of Thrones was filmed and also 10 minutes from Mundaka, where the well-known beach in the world of Surfing is located.

Excellent location, amazing view, nice modern place and great wifi. Was able to work remote a few days with zoom calls.
Should be in good physical condition to handle the 4 flights of stairs and more stairs in the neighborhood.
Also if you come by bus, take the Bermeo bus from the stop in front of the Starbucks outside the Moyua bus station, which is s couple stops from the Bilbao Intermodal train station. Consider BlaBla car ws as an alternative. The agency managing the rental had into about arriving by car but not bus. The bus stop to get the key is Zubiaur Tar Kepa. Udal Azoka. Just give that name to the bus driver. The key pick up is around the corner from the bus stop.
You can walk to the apt from there.
My agent had an attitude when I tried to clarify something about what to do after the bus stop and wouldn't take my call, but I didn't let that bother me. Is an excellent place for the price and really enjoyed how everything was close to the appt. Be sure to take the 4 minute train ride to Mundaka or visit the beach at Bakio by bus.
