It was an excellent stay at the CozySuits. The location, amenities, and the comfort are top grade!

The location is great, in the centre of Cincinnati downtown. The riverfront is just a few steps away. Also, there are a plenty of nice bakeries and restaurants nearby, and is a few steps away from the "Connector" tram route that takes you to the heart of the city. Very comfortable stay for solo travellers and couples. There is an adequately equipped kitchen in case you wish to cook/warm your food.

Confortable, clean, well equipped, located close to most things, staff was very attentive on the phone.

No view; although there was a sign on the suite door about a pool, did not have access to it.

I think the facility and location are very good and would stay there again.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to the places I wanted to go.

I was locked out of my room twice because the code did not work, and I had to wait for someone to change the code. Contacting the staff was not as fast as I think it should be. I had to wait in the hallway for more than 10 minutes and that is unacceptable.

One of the elevators was not working properly. We had to get out because it was not working.
