The location was perfect. It’s a beautiful old historic building.

It would have been useful to have an explanation about check in before 4pm when we were due to check in so I could have read it beforehand. It was hard to work out once there. There were supposed to be a lot of amenities like a rooftop garden and pool but there were no directions as to how to find them. I think they must have been accessible another part or section of the building e.g. another set of lofts but we never found it and there was no one to ask. Not having those amenities made this less good value to me.

When i got into the room, the bed wasnt made. In the bathroom, the towels were hanging over the tub and the washcloths were wet like someone had used them.

Heart of downtown and walking distance to everything!

The communication although they are responsive is not easy. First day they sent me a message saying the next day someone would do maintenance on the AC. The person came to the room and entered without warning/ knocking. Then, same day, i received a text saying that during that same day someone would come to replace the BRITA FILTER. I was already outside the apartment and didnt want anyone to get into the apartment with my documents and valuables with easy access and asked for next day as i didnt have any warning and this was not possible because they said a brita filter was 'mandatory maintenance'.... Then we got problem with keys and they were not flexible as well. In general, good accommodation but the support / service is not good. too much to handle vs relaxing
