Apartment is really well-located in wonderful central part of Biella, and is large and soundproof (very thick walls). Easy access via elevator/lift. The owner (Vittorio) was helpful. Place was spotless (great cleaner!).
The apartment had so much useful space but so few creature comforts. Tiniest and very poorly supplied kitchen, not even a tea towel. Plenty more room for eg more seating in living room area. Old wardrobes (yes, nice) difficult to lock and unlock. Very large bathroom but tiny shower space. Mattress that does not seem to fit the bed base well and kept sliding off during the night. Putting in a washing machine would be a bonus (one was not advertised) but lots of room for one.

Emplacement parfait, parking à proximité, propreté, facilité d'accès (aide via WhatsApp), hôte très sympathique, taille du logement.
La chasse d'eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait apparemment pas, mais ce n'était pas très problématique, j'ai pu "tirer la chasse" en remplissant la poubelle d'eau pour la verser ensuite dans la cuvette. J'en ai informé le propriétaire.
