Die Lage der Wohnung und die nahen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus, die abends und über Nacht gut besetzt sind. Tagsüber jedoch fand sich immer ein freier Platz. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und die beiden Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Die Küche ist mit teils neuwertigen Geräten ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es standen Hand- & Badetücher in genügender Menge zur Verfügung. Sehr positiv hat uns die Sauberkeit überrascht, was mir persönlich sehr wichtig ist. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war im übrigen perfekt!
Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer gut frequentierten Strasse gleich bei einem Kreisverkehr. Unter der Woche am Morgen war dementsprechend der Krach der beschleunigenden Motorradfahrer trotz geschlossenen Fenstern gut hörbar (vor allem die Enduros). Nachts jedoch war es ruhig. Ab und an war zwar ein Nachbar von oben zu hören, was ich jetzt aber nicht als störend empfand (etwas hellhörig).

Proprietaria estremamente gentile, disponibile e accogliente. Appartamento molto grande, pulitissimo, caldo e molto luminoso, con due balconi. Dotato di ogni confort, dalle stoviglie, al fornetto, frigo, macchinetta del caffè, bollitore e lavastoviglie e lavatrice, con asciugamani. Sia la camera matrimoniale che quella con due letti singoli sono molto grandi e ben esposte. Anche i bidoni per la pattumiera ben disposti all'esterno e già preparati con i sacchetti corretti per seguire la raccolta differenziata: cosa molto apprezzabile e affatto scontata. A disposizione anche marmellate e nutelline con fette biscottate, tisane, the e caffè, anche se la colazione non era prevista.
L'appartamento ha anche guide e libri con consigli sulle attrazioni turistiche, sui percorsi di trekking e sulle mostre o eventi che hanno luogo in quel preciso periodo del soggiorno. Lo consiglio sia a coppie che a famiglie, che a singoli, sia per brevi soggiorni sia per vacanze nel biellese.

La casa è pulita e sistemata, anche molto spaziosa. Il proprietario molto accogliente e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Sono stata solo un giorno e non ho trovato alcun elemento negativo da segnalare. Al massimo si potrebbe pensare di lasciare per gli ospiti qualche bustina monodose di sapone, ma in realtà c'erano i dispenser pieni.
