Location is one of the best in Viverone, just next to Hotel Marina. Cesare and Ornella are very kind hosts who help you with recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. They are very dogfriendly because the also have a Golden Retriever. The property has its own garden and a little private beach. You can access the lake directly from the property garden and go for a swim or walk. There are some nice restaurants and bakeries in the area and of course the wakeboard school.

Furniture and kitchen are a bit old, the light is not bright (difficult for reading in the evening)

Beautiful view; beautiful furnishings; very spacious; kitchen very well equipped; fabulous garden; mature trees; water hens at the private beach. Village very near (2.5 km). Great water activities within 5 min drive. Oasi water park was great fun. Hotel right next door (Hotel Marina) lovely for aperitif. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful location with direct access to the lake. Very quiet yet easy walking to restaurants/bars etc. Lago di Viverone is a lovely tranquil lake. The hosts are very helpful without being imposing and left us to our privacy. Tasteful interior, beautifully decorated without unnecessary clutter.
