The person I was in touch with was helpful and prompt in responding to my needs. She apologised for the bathroom issue and assured that she would get a plumber to look into the situation. The lady who met us to show us in was very helpful and friendly. She also brought many types of bread, biscuits, juices, fruits, yogurt, breakfast cereal.

The bathroom issue: There was a foul odor of sewage from the bathroom. Even with the exhaust fan turned on, the stench oozed out into the bedroom. The exhaust fan could not be turned on all the time as the switch is attached to the bathroom light. The bathroom door is glass and so the light would light up the bedroom, preventing sleep. The placement of the toilet bowl facing the shower was tight. When you sit on the toilet, your knees could touch the shower door. So, if you are tall or larger sized, it is not convenient. The toilet seat was faulty, it kept on slipping from left to right.
