I extremely recommend people not to stay there. Not just waste of money but frustration as well

so cold specially overnight. the owner lied about the energy saving law. the TV wasn’t working. the towels were rags. The manager was unfriendly.

L’alloggio necessita di interventi significativi in termini di pulizia e manutenzione. L’ambiente appariva trascurato con segni di umidità e muffa , più che pronto ad accogliere un ospite l’alloggio sembrava appena abbandonato. Inoltre chi sceglie questa non sistemazione deve considerare l’ingresso situato in una corte poco curata, le scale strette e ripide, e il sottofondo costante di conversazioni animate dalle finestre vicine. Dopo aver verificato le condizioni ,ed atteso per lungo tempo di essere ricontattata dalla struttura ho lasciato l’alloggio e trovato un’altra sistemazione, con la conseguente perdita dell’importo pagato. L’alloggio viene gestito da un’agenzia la cui responsabile , ha affrontato la situazione in modo poco professionale ed inadeguato . Unica nota positiva, la cortesia e professionalità di Sara che si occupa dei check in. Considerando questi aspetti, si consiglia di valutare alternative più curate e meglio gestite.

La camera era priva di riscaldamento fuori la temperatura era di 5 gradi ho contattato la struttura che non ha risolto il problema una nottata insonne al freddo non c’erano coperte pesanti il giorno dopo ci è stata assegnata un’altra camera confortevole riscaldata al primo piano ho accettato le scuse anche perché era dí domenica sera e non c’erano altre stanze disponibili
