Auf der Booking Seite der Unterkunft steht "Parkplatz inbegriffen". Das ist jedoch nicht wahr. Wie sich herausgestellt hat, war damit gemeint, dass es kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Gegend gibt. Wir hatten jedoch genau das auch als Suchkriterium verwendet, somit waren wir enttäuscht (vielleicht wurden wir auch getäuscht). Die Parkplatzsituation in der Gegend kann als angespannt bezeichnet werden. In der Wohnung selbst ließen sich die Rolläden im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer nicht bedienen. Sie sind so extrem schwergängig, dass man Angst hat der Gurt würde reißen. Im Wohnzimmer war der Rolladen an der Tür zum Balkon unten und konnte nicht bewegt werden. Wenn man auf den Balkon möchte muss man durch das Badezimmer gehen. In den Ausstattungsangaben wird eine Waschmaschine angegeben, die ist jedoch defekt. Wir haben die Unterkunft mit "7" bewertet, was laut Booking "gut" bedeutet. Darüber hat sich der Vermieter anschließend bei uns über Whatsapp beschwert. Nachdem wir ihm unsere Kritikpunkte mitgeteilt hatten wurde er frech und sagte wir sollten uns das nächste mal besser etwas anderes suchen. Das werden wir auf jeden Fall auch tun. Das Verhalten des Vermieters haben wir als sehr unfreudlich empfunden. Machen Sie sich also darauf gefasst, dass sie sich noch mit dem Vermieter herumärgern dürfen, wenn sich nicht mit einer 8, 9 oder 10 bewerten.

Apartamento confotável e bem localizado!

O Gregorio foi muito atencioso e cuidadoso para nos receber em casa, a través da mãe (Danila) dele conseguimos fazer o check-in. A Danila é muito carismática e simpática, nos procurou na estação do trêm e ainda nos levou de carro até o shopping para podermos comprar a sim-card. O apartamento é muito aconchegante, tem tudo o que é necessário para passar uns dias de descanso. A localização é perfeita, do lado da estação do trêm e ponto de ônibus, proximo de restaurantes, cafeterias, supermercados e do centro da cidade. Dá para fazer tudo andando sem nenhum problema. Recomendo a todos!

Única coisa é que não tem wi-fi.
