Lovely place which was absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable.

Extremely clean and comfortable accommodation. Very well equipped. Some really nice extras in the kitchen. Tea, coffee,sugar milk and marmalades, jams and bottled water.

More than likely my fault but struggled a little to control the heating.

Absolutely wonderful property

This is the most lovely place to stay. All has been done so nicely. Loved all the furnishings, loved the garden and the view. Was nice to meet Jane in person but we felt completely private. The village is lovely, location is really good for getting to so many different areas in Norfolk, yet feels like you’re miles from anywhere!

Tranquil.

The location is superb, on a little used road, therefore quite and peaceful. The accommodation - modern and recently completed/renovated - has everything that you need, particularly for longer stays. Being more or less in the centre of Norfolk and only only 5 minutes from the market town of Dereham, it is an ideal location from which to explore all the delights that Norfolk has to offer, from the historic towns and cities - Norwich and King's Lynn to mention just two - to the peace, tranquillity and beauty of the north Norfolk coast. Wholly recommended.

Everything is new, very clean and of a very high standard. The hosts are really nice and helpful people. The back garden gets the sun and is lovely to sit out at night.

Excellent accommodation in a great location with a friendly and helpful host.

The location was great for what we needed, located in the heart of Norfolk. I'd recommend it for cycling and sightseeing. Our host, Jane was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Jane was a fabulous host, I really enjoyed my stay. The views from the garden were lovely, especially with this weather!

It was a beautiful property! Very spacious, perfect for a couples get away in the country side. Great location with beautiful walks nearby!
