The Annex is all set on the Ground Floor, the front door leads you to:
A Kitchen with an Electric Oven & Hob, Airfryer, Microwave, Fridge, Coffee Machine and Kettle.
This leads onto the living space which includes:
Comfortable sofa with 36" Smart TV, Dining Area and dedicated work space.
This leads onto the double bedroom and ensuite wet room.
Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Access to our garden. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.

The Annex at Holly Glenn is situated in Central Norfolk and so is the perfect location for exploring everything Norfolk has to offer. We're only a 30 minute drive from central Norwich with it's independent shops in Norwich Lanes to the Romanesque Norwich Castle there's something for everyone. We are also less than an hours drive from Norfolk's diverse coastline, including Cromer, Wells-in-the-Sea and Great Yarmouth, as well as The Norfolk Broads and Sandringham Estate.
